LUJ Learning Center
LUJ Learning Center provides tutoring for most classes offered at LUJ, from EAP to advanced Academic. These include writing, math, all EAP focuses, and most of the courses offered in the Academic program. The Learning Center has two locations: LUJ Library (4th floor of the Main Building), and SGC, 2nd floor.
Signing up for tutoring is easy. Each Learning Center location has a sign-up sheet where you can make an appointment for anytime in the current week. Or, you may simply drop in on the chance that a tutor will be available. In addition, several tutors offer “Flex Schedules” which allow you to sign up for times not on the schedule, or at locations other than the two Learning Center locations. For example, some courses organize group study sessions in Chaco Café.
